Dave Hillemeier: Motion made to proceed with the current proposed alternative at Dark Gulch (Phase 1), and at the same time proceed with an analysis of R-3 DG alternative 1, and if feasible implement all 3 phases as soon as possible, with the expectation that all 3 phases would occur no later than federal fiscal year 2010.
