Dave Hillemeier made a motion that the TMC conceptually approves of the SOW for the Refinements Coordinator contract as presented during the meeting, noting that additional details associated with the contract would be worked out with the Refinements Coordination committee informally over the next two weeks (prior to submitting to BOR contracting). Elizabeth Hadley seconded with a friendly amendment to add Refinements Coordinator and Refinements Coordination Team to the text. Mike Orcutt made a motion to amend Section 300 of the bylaws to the following: Section 300 - As future circumstances warrant, additional entities may be added to the TMC by unanimous vote of the TMC (8 of 8 TMC members). Executive sessions shall be limited to issues related to contracts, personnel, or legal matters.
