Hillemeier made a motion to send a response to the FOTR pointing out that many of the issues highlighted in their letter will be addressed through the NEPA process and point out that the TRRP has an open-door policy and we invite them to contact the TMC or our TRRP ED with any TRRP related issues and questions in the future. Connor seconded the motion. [FOTR = Friends of the Trinity River and TMC minutes contain a typo with the motion stating FOTTR]
