Neil Manji made a motion to support TRRP staff's recommended release schedule with reallocation of the 500 cfs bench in early May, such that the volume will then be reallocated to the descending limb. The details of that reallocation will be left to the TRRP staff. Neil Manji (State) made the motion. Mike Orcutt (HVT) seconded the motion.
