Mike Orcutt made a motion that the TMC accepts the Design Team consensus recommendation from the December 19th meeting to complete Lower Steiner Flat Phase A with the understanding that the top priority following Phase I review is that the Design Team would revisit the Lower Steiner Flat Phase B based on Phase I recommendations. Roger Jaegel seconded the motion.

Tim Hayden made a motion that the TMC direct the Design Team to further review the Junction City Project including the IC-4 and to come back to the TMC with a recommendation. Roger Jaegel seconded motion.
