Dave Hillemeier made a motion to send a second letter to the Office of the Solicitor asking for response to the hatchery issues since a hatchery review is underway. The motion was seconded by Roger Jaegel.

Dave Hillemeier made a motion that the Trinity Management Council recommends the Water Year 2011 flow releases from Lewiston dam to the Trinity River follow the "WET 11-B" alternative as presented. This release hydrograph is intended to accomplish a variety of restoration objectives, as well as adaptive management leaning regarding sediment transport dynamics, riparian regeneration on floodplains and performance of channel rehabilitation features constructed in Phase 1. However WET 11-B is a hybrid between Record of Decision (ROD) recommended releases for wet and extremely wet water years. As such, it is recognized that it will not fully accomplish all associated objectives with either of these ROD recommended releases. Bill Brock seconded the motion.
