Mike Orcutt made a motion that the TMC recommends that construction work planning in the Lewiston reach be suspended pending action by the TRH MOA Governance Board regarding their recommendation for hatchery management action or future habitat development. The TMC further recommends that gravel placement not be interrupted, but that injection point be at, or downstream, of the area known as Weir Hole. This motion shall be revisited within four years. Judy Pflueger seconded the motion.

Mike Orcutt made a motion to approve a letter to Mid-Pacific Region of Reclamation calling for completion of studies of alternatives and options identified in Temperature Management Intermediate Technical Memorandum (Reclamation 2012). Such studies are required to identify an effective approach to Trinity River temperature management problems in the face of climate change and increasing water demand in California's Central Valley, and to move toward construction of the preferred design. Bill Brock seconded the motion.
